Between the Opera and the Madeleine, this beautiful establishment is getting a makeover and changing direction at the start of 2021. Continuing the new ambitions made when the restaurant was taken over in 2015, Olivier BURY, who moved to Stéphanie Le Quellec and Alain Passard is working to make it the capital's essential place for wine and its food pairings. At his side, Chef Lucas Sesana and Mahamdou Traore delivers gourmet and bistronomic cuisine. The harmony between dishes and wines is almost unlimited thanks to nearly 600 references from the various bottles.
