Between Opera and Madeleine, this beautiful property has a new owner since mid-2015 and new ambitions. Philippe Marques, who was (also) a decade sommelier Alain Senderens at Lucas Carton, works to make it the place to be in the capital for wine and its pairing with the dishes. At his side, Chef Thomas Moretto, passed by the Georges V, delivers a gourmet bistro cuisine. The harmony between food and wine is almost unlimited with almost 400 references of the divine bottle, over a dozen different peppers to better appreciate the subtleties.
